  • Technical Lead: Full-stack Java developer with minimum 9 years of experience with exceptional technical and team leadership skills. Primary focus will be hands-on leadership of an agile team delivering high quality software solutions, new product features, system performance and scalability improvements, production support escalations for core applications and maintaining the currency of the IT technology stack in our AWS cloud platform.  Experience in micro services architectural design using and implementing SOAP/REST based web services, XML/Json with micro services architecture.  Professional experience with AWS cloud technologies i.e. Lambda, SQS, ECS, DynamoDB, S3.

  • Principal Full Stack Software Engineer: Principal Software Engineer with 7+ years of  software architecture experience to provide both hands-on full stack development and strategic architectural direction for our development initiatives.  This role will oversee the integration of RESTful and SOAP-based services with modern authentication (SAML, PINGFederate).  Require expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring / Spring Boot Framework, Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript/ Typescript, NodeJS, REST, JSON, GraphQL, and SOAP integrations.

  • Information Technology Services Manager: A seasoned leader with minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading technical support teams to join us in the role of IT Service Manager, preferably with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and ITIL/ITSM experience. The expectation is that this individual has experience as a senior full‑stack Java developer with exceptional technical and team leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Primary focus will be hands‑on leadership of agile teams performing Incident, problem‑RCA, and release management–related activities. This role includes being available for after‑hours escalations.

  • Incident Manager: An experienced Incident Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, site reliability engineering, or similar roles to lead our organization’s response to critical technical incidents and service disruptions. This role requires a calm, decisive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure, drive incidents to resolution, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.  Serve as the primary decision-maker during major incidents, taking command of response efforts from detection through post-incident review.  Rapidly assesses incident severity, scope, and business impact to determine appropriate response levels.

  • Support Engineer: Candidates with around 5 years of experience to join our company in the role of Support Engineer with experience in Java development, Spring Boot, SQL, and ITIL/ITSM. This is a senior support engineer with strong technical and team‑collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates and senior management. The primary focus will be hands‑on level two support of technical application issues, troubleshooting to identify causes, and providing evidence that can assist developers to address software issues in applications. The engineer will participate in implementing system scalability, stability and performance improvements, identifying code fixes, and sharing knowledge with other production support team members. This role requires availability for after‑hours escalation meetings and discussions as needed.
