Bhaskar holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Michigan Tech.

His extensive leadership experience includes building a world-class CoE as General Manager at Advanced and launching global products as Director of Engineering at Sunquest. Sharat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Tech from University of Pune.
With 25 years of experience, Veena is a business-centric HR leader specializing in talent solutions and the Private Equity ecosystem, including M&A due diligence. She has successfully established and scaled global CoEs, holding senior leadership roles at PlanSource, Aptean, and Sunquest. Veena holds a Master’s Degree in HR from Symbiosis University
With over two decades of IT finance experience, Venkat specializes in financial integrity, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. He spent 20 years with Vista companies (PowerSchool and Sunquest), most recently serving as Accounting Manager overseeing global financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting. Venkat holds an MBA from Periyar University, Salem.
